Kristina Grotzky completed her education as a dental assistant in 2007 in Recklinghausen, Germany. After completing her education, she specialized in office- and quality management.

Since 2017 she is responsible at Sirius Endo for 2D and 3D Imaging, including virtual treatment planning and guided endodontics. She has held numerous lectures nationally and internationally about this the technique involved. 

It has been one of her goals to encourage the use of rubber dam technique. She is a national and international trainer for dentists and especially their team in the safe and quick use of rubber dam.

Since 2017 Kristina Grotzky works part-time as a scientific assistant at the ORMED Insitute at the University of Witten-Herdecke, Germany. Her focus is on the further development of 3D imaging techniques in clinical endodontics as well as the testing of the effectiveness of oral care products with a clinically validated robot model.

At ORMED she has contributed to several clinical studies.
